The Bible On Health And Nutrition 성경은 건강과 영양에

Fortunately, many people today are taking an interest in their health instead of relying totally on doctors to get and keep them well. 다행스럽게도 오늘날 많은 사람들이 전적으로 의사에 의존하는 대신 자신의 건강에 대한 관심을 갖는것들을 잘 유지하고있다. However, their efforts are sometimes discouraged because of the conflicting information they are encountering. 그러나 그들의 노력이 때로는 그들이 발생한 충돌하는 정보 때문에 낙심하고있다. Surprisingly, the Bible offers information on the use of medicinal plants and healthy eating. 놀랍게도, 성경은 약 식물과 건강한 식습관의 사용에 대한 정보를 제공합니다. Psalm 51:7 says, "purge (cleanse) me with hyssop, and I shall be clean.
