I have people ask me all the time, "What's the one thing I can do to make my church grow fast! (to save souls and win the harvest of course...if you're trying to look good on a report or resume...give up on growing a church...God WILL NOT bless it)?" وقد يتساءل الناس لي كل الوقت ، "ما هو الشيء الوحيد الذي يمكن أن أفعله لأجعل الكنيسة تنمو بسرعة!) لانقاذ ارواح والفوز في موسم الحصاد... وبطبيعة الحال اذا كنت تحاول ان تبدو جيدة على تقرير أو إستئناف ... يتخلى عن تزايد كنيسة... الله يبارك انها لن)؟ " I tell them, "Find the best children's pastor you can and give them the most money in the budget!" اقول لهم "ايجاد افضل للاطفال يمكنك ان القس ومنحهم معظم الاموال فى الميزانيه!" Most pastors look at me like I'm crazy, but it's true. معظم القساوسه انظر لي انا مثل المجنونه ، ولكنه صحيح. Look up stats on how many people go to college and never come back to church after the age of 18. البحث عن احصائيات عن عدد الناس الذهاب الى كلية وأبدا العودة الى الكنيسة بعد سن 18 عاما. Now THAT will shock you. والان سوف صدمة لك. 77% of Americans get saved before the age of 21. 77 ٪ من الاميركيين للحصول على حفظها قبل سن ال 21. We have to find ways to get these kids early, get the word instilled in them so they CAN'T leave it, even if they want to! وعلينا ان نجد السبل للحصول على اطفال هذه في وقت مبكر ، للحصول على كلمة تغرس فيها حتى انهم لا يستطيعون الخروج منها ، حتى لو انهم يريدون! You will always have some that will leave, and we will spend hours and hours praying them back in, but I have seen time and time again with my own eyes, kids that grow up in church stay in church. سوف يكون لك دوما ان تغادر لبعض ، ونحن سوف تنفق ساعات وساعات ، يعود بهم في الصلاة ، الا انني شهدت مرارا وتكرارا بعيني اطفال ان يترعرعوا في الكنيسة في البقاء في الكنيسة.

This is also the fastest way to grow your youth group. وهذا ايضا هو أسرع سبيل لقم بانماء فريق الشباب. Think about it: every year around August, youth groups lose a significant number of kids going to college, BUT they are getting new kids coming up from children's church. فكروا : في كل عام فى جميع انحاء آب / اغسطس ، ومجموعات الشباب يفقد عدد كبير من الاطفال الذهاب الى الكليه ، ولكنها جديدة للوصول الى الاطفال الخروج من الكنيسة للاطفال.

Want to win young families and young couples? نريد ان فوز الشباب والاسر والازواج الشباب؟ Have events for kids...they can't drive themselves! وقد الاحداث للأطفال... انها لم تستطع قيادة أنفسهم! Parents have to come. الآباء لا بد أن يأتي. You may even win neighbors and grandparents when they come to watch plays and musicals. يمكنك ايضا فوز والاجداد والجيران عندما يأتون لمشاهدة المسرحيات والمسرحيات الموسيقيه.

We could learn something from McDonalds. اننا يمكن ان نتعلم شيئا من ماكدونالدز. They put playplaces at the FRONT of their buildings, but they sell hamburgers...makes no sense! وضعوا في playplaces امام مبانيها ، ولكنها بيع الهامبرغرات... ليس لها اي معنى! What happens when kids drive by... ماذا يحدث عندما تدفع من قبل أطفال... "Mom, let's eat there!" "امى ، وليأكل هناك!"

Just a thought...wonder what would happen if we put OUR playgrounds in a place that everyone who drove by could see them? مجرد التفكير... ونتساءل ما الذي سيحدث اذا وضعنا لدينا ملاعب في مكان على ان لكل فرد من هناك كان يمكن ان نراها من قبل؟ Get them in the building, then teach them the way to heaven... يحصل عليها في المبنى ، ثم تعليمهم الطريق الى الجنة...
